Leave it to the (Wannabe) Aussies to do a good barby :D
Today i took charge and did the family BBQ all by myself :D My grandparents and mum just sat back and let me do all the work...so i had to call in some re-enforcements in the shape of my good mate mike :D He's one of my best friends and i havent seen him for like a year, but today he came round and we showed everyone how to do a proper BBQ :)
Once in Aussie mode the BBQ was never going to fail :D
Everything is undercontrol :)

I don't really need to impress anyone..maybe in your family you do banquets and black tie dinners..but here...just casual bbqs

I thought you wanted to impress, obviously you don't need to.
Can't say we've had a dinner party here in years, can't stand the things - but then we've never had a barbecue here either. Veggie barbecues are fairly pointless if you ask me.
